Free advice will in any event be limited to such time as the partners of Howards or any of their employees consider reasonable. In the event that the partners or the employees of Howards do not feel able to provide advice on a legal matter or are unable due to time constraints or by any bad faith on the part of the user, this service may be withheld.

3.6 Pursuant to clauses 3.3 and 3.5, the User agrees not to make use of the Advice Service for any research purpose or to collect information on behalf of any organisation or business, be it a charity, limited company, sole trader, limited liability partnership or partnership unless any enquiry made is in accordance with clause 3.5 above or unless your interest is openly and honestly declared and Howards agree to provide advice in accordance with clause 3.1.
3.7 You agree that should you act in breach of clause 3.6 you agree to pay our charges for any time spent in providing advice at the current charge out rate for the partner or employee of Solicitors who has dealt with your query.
3.8 You shall not post, email or in any way electronically transmit any material containing any virus or interfere with the operation of the Website or attempt to hack, decipher, or in any way alter any of the software, coding or information contained in the Website.
3.9 You shall not use any of the materials on this website for commercial exploitation without our prior written consent;
